1.Is the electrode of physiotherapy instrument close to the neck skin?

 The electrodes should be placed close  to the skin and the appropriate intensity and pattern should be adjusted. Wet the neck skin with a wet towel.

2.Is the intensity too high?

 Properly reduce the intensity.

3.Is the skin allergic to electrodes ?

  Check whether the skin has a history of allergy. The paper with slight allergy needs to shorten the time. If it is seriously allergic, stop using it, and desensitize it first.

4.Cold climate, dry skin?

 Wet the skin with a wet towel.

5.What is the strength of electrode and silica gel electrode ?

 Electrode strength less than gel electrode.
